Using the arrows on the left side of the vehicle, press the down arrow until you get to the little gear icon. In there, you will find all the Toyota Safety Sense features that your vehicle is equipped with.

Scroll to the feature you would like to adjust, and press and hold the OK button to change the settings. Depending on the feature, you can adjust timing, brightness, and sensitivity.
